Phone Nurses

As a special service, we employ dedicated phone nurses.  They help the doctors by answering question you may have and by making appointments.  Our phone nurses are very familiar with our physician’s routines and can answer most of your questions.  The questions they are unable to answer will be submitted to a doctor during office hours.  If you need more specific help, they can schedule an appointment with your doctor.  Please be patient with your calls.  Due to our schedule, your question may not be addressed until later in the day and due to high volume, you may have to wait to speak to a phone nurse.  If you have to wait, remember, we will give you the same attention we give the caller ahead of you.  Phone nurses can help with prescriptions, however, if a routine or maintenance refill is needed, you likely need an appointment to ensure the effectiveness of your drug regimen.
