It’s hard to believe it is already Spring 2024
I hope your winter was kind and that your summer includes a lot of planned adventures. With the weather of springtime Alabama, it is hard to plan so just enjoy each day as it comes.
But even in spring you can still plan your routine health checks with us, Montgomery Family Medicine. If you missed that annual exam last year, now is the time to schedule it so that you can look forward to a healthy summer! You can also call us if you are still getting over those wintertime bouts of the cold or flu.

We must now charge $50 for any missed appointment and up to $50 for any appointment canceled or changed within 24 hours of the visit. These fees are automatically posted to your account. Our phone nurses cannot reverse these fees. Arriving late for an appointment is the same as missing it.
Fraud Alert
Montgomery Family Medicine is aware that criminals trying to steal personal information may call and identify themselves as a trusted source, such as your doctor.
We occasionally may need to confirm adress or insurance information, but we will NEVER call you to ask about personal information such as your date of birth or social security number. Anytime someone calls you and identifies themselves as being from this office, we encourage you to request proof that you are talking to us by asking the date of your last visit. Or you have the absolute right to call us back. If desired, you may come in in person to discuss personal information. Please be aware and be wise.
