Montgomery Family Medicine will be delaying the acceptance of any application for new patients until October 20, 2025.

Please revisit this site after that date if you wish to apply as a new patient with Montgomery Family Medicine.

This pause is necessary to better serve our current applicants. If you have already submitted an application - please be patient. Do not call our office; no one at the practice can help answer questions regarding the new patient process. Wait for our New Patient Coordinators to contact you. If you have not heard from a New Patient Coordinator, please re-apply when we open back up.

There continues to be a 3 month wait after acceptance to be scheduled for your initial appointment. If you have immediate medical concerns, you should seek care with your current physician or at an urgent care. We understand you may not be comfortable waiting that long, and may opt to look for other choices. I apologize that the high volume of new patients requests, and our careful approach to not over scheduling, has created this delay.
