Fall is upon us and I for one am glad the temperatures are taking a turn. Autumn brings with it its own brand of outdoor activities.  As always, play it smart and be safe whether it's hunting, camping or hiking.  If you need us for a sprain or a bout of poison ivy... we'll be here. 

It's also the season to start thinking about your flu shots, which of course you can get right here at Montgomery Family Medicine.  Be ready for Winter by talking to your doctor now.  We are happy to help you with all your health concerns and proud you have named us the number one family medicine clinic.

Please note, we do not accept medicine refill requests from your pharmacy. If you are running out, call us or use the online request. If you are running low on maintenance medications, it likely means you need to schedule a routine appointment.

We must now charge $50 for any missed appointment and up to $50 for any appointment canceled or changed within 24 hours of the visit. These fees are automatically posted to your account. Our phone nurses cannot reverse these fees. Arriving late for an appointment is the same as missing it.
