Happy New Year!

We all hope your Holidays were special and safe and that you are starting off the New Year on the right foot.

Due to an increase in our call volume, and in a desire to try to better serve you, we are making use of a nurse answering service. Calls for appointments, medical questions, refills and the like will first be picked up by our answering service to hopefully streamline the incoming calls better.

These folks are not nurses. They are not going to be able to answer your questions, rather they will hopefully allow you to get through and off the phone faster. Then our phone nurses can call you back and take care of your needs. Continue to be patient. We are committed to taking care of you and our staff will continue to do the best they can towards that end.

Please note, we do not accept medicine refill requests from your pharmacy. If you are running out, call us or use the online request. If you are running low on maintenance medications, it likely means you need to schedule a routine appointment.

We must now charge $50 for any missed appointment and up to $50 for any appointment canceled or changed within 24 hours of the visit. These fees are automatically posted to your account. Our phone nurses cannot reverse these fees. Arriving late for an appointment is the same as missing it.
